Volunteer Training

Welcome, and thank you for volunteering at the 2019 Back 2 School BASH!

Our goal is to provide students with the needed and necessary supplies to have a successful and fun school year in a community and festival-like environment.

Instead of holding a Volunteer Training Meeting this year, we decided to prepare training videos.  Please watch the appropriate training videos for your area.   If you have any questions, let us know at info@b2sb.org or talk to your team leader the day of the event.

Parking

We ask you to park at Mooresville Intermediate School, or Rocky River Elementary. This is a 10-15 minute walk from the parking location to the BASH location.  We like to save the close parking spots for the participants.

T-Shirts

If you ordered a T-Shirt, you can pick it up in room 120 prior to your shift.   If you did not order a T-Shirt, we apologize, but to keep our costs low, we did not order extra T-Shirts this year.  If you are on the Ask Me team, an Ask Me Shirt will be provided.

Team Leaders

Your Team leader will be a bright, neon-yellow, “Team Leader” shirt or vest.   If you have any questions about where to go or what to do, ask ANY team leader and they will be able to direct you.

There is not a specific video for Setup, but setup tasks will be handed out from there.  You’ll receive a slip of paper with a specific task, and grouped with others if the task requires multiple people.
