BASH is going to be Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 8:30AM-12:00PM (Volunteer Hours 7:30AM-12:30PM Unless Otherwise Noted)
Rising 6th thru 8th Must be Accompanied by an Adult.
Bring your own water bottle - we will have refill stations in the food area.

CLOTHING
	Clothing (CLOTHING) Assist with folding and restocking clothes room. Ensure the clothes are organized and in their appropriate stacks. (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*

FOOD
	Food Runner (FOOD) Take pre made lunches to ALL volunteers during the event - start at registration and work towards the end (inside/outside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Food Cookers (FOOD) Manage the grills and cook hot dogs (outside - shaded) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Food Prep (FOOD) Assemble hot dogs and/or put the wrapped hot dog in a bag w/ chips and condiments (outside - shaded) *POSITION IS FULL*

SUPPORT
	Set-Up (SUPPORT) Arrive early before the BASH and assist with setting up various areas. You can volunteer for setup and still serve a role at the BASH. Setup will start at 6:30 AM (inside/outside) (22 Spaces remaining)
	Clean-Up (SUPPORT) Arrive at end of BASH and assist with cleaning up, loading up extra supplies, putting tables and chairs back. You can volunteer for clean and still serve a role at the BASH. Clean up will start at 12:15 PM (inside/outside) (41 Spaces remaining)

SHOES
	Shoe Runner (SHOES) Manage the returns table and puts them back at the appropriate spot. (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Shoe Fitting Guide (SHOES) Greets the families as they enter the shoe FITTING area. Takes them to the appropriate table for shoe sizes, tells them to pick two shoes and then takes them over to the chairs to try them on. Take the pair not chosen back to the runner station (table) to be returned. (inside) (4 Spaces remaining)
	Shoe Room Inventory (SHOES) Manages the shoe sizes and gives them to the runners who come asking for additional sizes (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Shoe Table Manager (SHOES) Two people per table (and one size per table is typical). Greet the guests as they approach the table and help them find two pair of shoes to try on. As the shoes on the table get low, one person goes to the backstock room and asks the inventory managers for more shoes. (inside) (37 Spaces remaining)

ENTERTAINMENT
	Slushee Captain (ENTERTAINMENT) (18 + ONLY) Assist with the making of slushees and ensure the area stays clean *POSITION IS FULL*
	Entertainment Host (ENTERTAINMENT) Assist with bounce house, watching the children and keeping the timer (outside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Popcorn (ENTERTAINMENT) Make and distribute popcorn, making sure the machine is cleaned out at the end of the event. Clean the machiene at the end of the event. (outside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Hair Paint / Face Paint / Tattoo Captain (ENTERTAINMENT) (18 + ONLY) Watch the hair painters, face painters, tattoo tables and resupply the cans when empty (making sure they use it all) . Clean and wipe off the tables at the end. Throw away empty containers/used brushes. (outside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Hair Paint (ENTERTAINMENT) Paint Student's Hair *POSITION IS FULL*
	Tattoos (ENTERTAINMENT) Put rub-on tattoos on children, making sure you clean up your area as you work *POSITION IS FULL*
	Face Paint (ENTERTAINMENT) Paint designs on student's faces (4 Spaces remaining)
	Bingo Captain (ENTERTAINMENT) (18 + ONLY) Set up the prizes for BINGO in an ongoing manner, replensihing the table as prizes are chosen, monitor the game throughout the morning *POSITION IS FULL*
	Bingo (ENTERTAINMENT) Make sure the tables have the cards and the chips needed for the game, take turns calling out the numbers, assist people in picking out prizes *POSITION IS FULL*
	Slushee (ENTERTAINMENT) Make and distribute Slushees (inside/outside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Water Runner (ENTERTAINMENT) Make sure the coolers are stocked w/ water and wheel coolers around the event throughout the day offering VOLUNTEERS water *POSITION IS FULL*

SUPPLIES
	Back Pack Distribution (SUPPLIES) Greet the guests as they walk into the Bash and direct them to the appropriate age-level backpack. Cut off wrist band once they have the backpack. (outside - shaded) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Back Pack Supplier (SUPPLIES) Makes sure the backpacks are restocked as they are given out. (outside - shaded) *POSITION IS FULL*
	School Supplies Host (SUPPLIES) Stands in the middle of the school supply distribution and greets the families as they walk by. Manages the supplies and notices when they are low, then texts the Restock Manager and tells them what they need to be replenished. (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	School Supply Restocker (SUPPLIES) Runs the supplies from the restock room to the appropriate table (must be able to lift 50 lbs) (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*
	School Supply Wristband (SUPPLIES) Cut the wristbands off of the students as they finish receiving their supplies from their age group (inside) *POSITION IS FULL*

CHECK IN
	Check-In Worker (CHECK IN) Check-in workers will work in pairs using their smartphone device to check-in families as they arrive. You will be seated at a table under a shaded awning. (outside - shaded) *POSITION IS FULL*
	Spanish Translation (CHECK IN) Be an interpreter in various areas for non-english speaking participants. *POSITION IS FULL*

TRAFFIC
	Traffic Directors (TRAFFIC) Traffic directors will maintain the car flow of merging and exiting the parking lot. Volunteers will be on their feet for 4 hours. (outside) (8 Spaces remaining)

SECURITY
	Security (SECURITY) (Adult Only) Monitor entry and access to school making sure volunteers don't enter restricted area and building access is limited to essential volunteers. *POSITION IS FULL*

BOOKS
	Book Area (BOOKS) Book Area volunteers will be sorting and organizing books. They will also put additional books out when supply diminishes. (outside) *POSITION IS FULL*

ASK ME
	Ask Me Position (ASK ME) Located at various locations to provide directions and information and assist with the general flow of the BASH. (inside/outside) (6 Spaces remaining)

ADMIN
	Photographer (ADMIN) Be assigned to one area of Bash and take pics throughout the day, upload to Drive by 11 AM on the day of the Bash (inside/outside) (5 Spaces remaining)
