Check-In Worker (CHECK IN)
Check-in workers will work in pairs using their smartphone device to check-in a car when they arrive. All check-in workers MUST bring a charged smartphone and be willing to stand on their feet for 4 hours. If you have a portable charge we recommend bringing it.

SUPPLIES
Supply & Food Host (SUPPLIES)
Supply and food hosts will be walking with cars and directing them through each station, handing out food and supplies. Volunteers will be standing on their feet for 4 hours.

SHOES
Shoe Hosts (SHOES)
Shoe hosts will work in pairs to give out shoes to students in their cars. Volunteers will be standing on their feet for 4 hours.

Shoe Traffic Director (SHOES)
Shoe traffic directors will be communicating with shoe hosts when their station is empty and directing cars to that spot. Shoe traffic directors will be on their feet for the whole 4 hours.

Shoe Suppliers (SHOES)
Shoe suppliers will be working inside of a school bus where shoe inventory is located. You will be responsible for giving out shoes to shoe hosts when they request a certain size. Volunteers will be standing on their feet for 4 hours.

Shoe Runner (SHOES)
Shoe Runners will go back and forth between a shoe host and the shoe bus to get the right fit and choice for the students

FOOD
Food Prep (FOOD)
Food prep volunteers will package and cook the food for the event.

SUPPORT
Set-up (SUPPORT)
Arrive early before the BASH and assist with setting up various areas. You can volunteer for setup and still serve a role at the BASH. Setup will start at 6:30 AM

Clean-Up (SUPPORT)
Arrive at end of BASH and assist with cleaning up, loading up extra supplies, putting tables and chairs back. Youc an volunteer for setup and still serve a role at the BASH. Clean up will start at 12:15 PM

CLOTHING
Clothing Tent (CLOTHING)
Clothing table volunteers will be making sure everyone who enters the area has glove/hand sanitizer and masks. They will also set a new bin of pre-sorted clothes out when supply diminishes.

Traffic Directors (TRAFFIC)
Traffic directors will maintain the car flow of merging and exiting the parking lot. Volunteers will be on their feet for 4 hours.

(Adult Only) Monitor entry and access to school making sure volunteers don't enter restricted area and building access is limited to essential volunteers.

Book Area volunteers will be sorting and organizing books. They will also put additional books out when supply diminishes.
